Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") carefully before using the Lucent mobile application (the "Service") operated by Siarhei Nikalaichyk ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Nature of the Service (Not Financial Advice)

The Lucent application is strictly a tool for recording and tracking personal financial data (income and expenses).

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

We are not financial advisors, accountants, or tax professionals. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional financial advice.

Any financial decisions you make based on data tracked within Lucent are made solely at your own risk.

2. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with other software, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to:

• Loss of Data: Damages for loss of data or information recorded in the application.
• Financial Loss: Loss of profits, business interruption, or personal financial losses resulting from errors in calculation or data entry.
• Device Damage: Any damage to your mobile device or loss of data that results from the download or use of the Service.

Since Lucent may store data locally on your device or via your personal iCloud (if applicable), we are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, factory resets, lost devices, or failure to back up your device.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Siarhei Nikalaichyk and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Belarus and foreign countries.

5. Links to Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If the application offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, these transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. You agree to comply with Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and payment terms. We do not store your credit card information directly.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
