This Privacy Policy describes how Siarhei Nikalaichyk ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application LuCent: Budget Tracker (the "App").

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:

• Email Address: Used for authentication and account management (via Supabase).
• Financial Data: The transaction data, budget limits, and categories you manually enter into the App. This data is stored securely in our cloud database to allow synchronization across your devices.

B. Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the App:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA), and IP address.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, such as button clicks, screens viewed, and session duration.
• Crash Logs: Data regarding app crashes and performance issues.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App (syncing your budget data).
• To manage your account and subscriptions.
• To analyze user behavior and improve the App's features.
• To detect and fix technical issues and crashes.
• To display advertisements and measure their effectiveness.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party services to help us operate the App. These third parties may have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We use the following providers:

• Supabase: We use Supabase for backend services, authentication, and database storage. Your financial data and account information are stored on Supabase servers.

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not process or store your credit card information directly; transactions are handled by Apple via the App Store. RevenueCat tracks your subscription status.

• Amplitude: We use Amplitude to analyze how users interact with our App. This helps us understand which features are popular and how to improve the user experience.

• Sentry: We use Sentry for real-time error tracking and crash reporting. This helps us fix bugs quickly. Sentry collects technical data related to errors (stack traces, device info).

• OneSignal: We use OneSignal to send push notifications directly to your device. OneSignal may collect data such as your IP address and device identifiers to ensure reliable delivery of messages.

• Appodeal: We use Appodeal to display advertisements within the App. Appodeal and its partners may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads that are relevant to you.

4. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

The App includes third-party advertising via Appodeal. Ad networks may collect data through identifiers (like the Apple IDFA) to provide personalized advertising.

On iOS 14.5 and later, we will ask for your permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can control this choice in your device settings under Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Your Rights:
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can do this directly within the App settings (via the "Delete Account" option) or by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will remove your data from our Supabase database and third-party systems where possible.

6. SECURITY

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) when transmitting data to Supabase, and your data is stored in a secure cloud environment. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
