🐛 REPORTING A BUG
If the app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly, please include the following details in your email. This helps us fix the issue faster:
- Device Model: (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
- iOS Version: (e.g., iOS 18.2)
- App Version: (You can find this in Settings > About)
- Description: What happened? What were you doing just before the issue occurred?
- Screenshots/Video: (Optional but very helpful)
(Note: We use automated crash reporting via Sentry, so we might already be working on a fix, but your report gives us context!)

Restore Purchase:
If you bought a subscription but the app doesn't see it, go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases." -
Refunds:
Please note that developers cannot process refunds directly. All transactions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com. -
Cancel Subscription:
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Delete Account:
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account). Alternatively, email us with the subject line "Delete Account" from your registered email address.
