🐛 REPORTING A BUG

If the app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly, please include the following details in your email. This helps us fix the issue faster:

  • Device Model: (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
  • iOS Version: (e.g., iOS 18.2)
  • App Version: (You can find this in Settings > About)
  • Description: What happened? What were you doing just before the issue occurred?
  • Screenshots/Video: (Optional but very helpful)

(Note: We use automated crash reporting via Sentry, so we might already be working on a fix, but your report gives us context!)

💳 SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES

Having trouble with LuCent Premium?

  • Restore Purchase:
    If you bought a subscription but the app doesn't see it, go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases."
  • Refunds:
    Please note that developers cannot process refunds directly. All transactions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Cancel Subscription:
    You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

🔒 PRIVACY & DATA

Your financial data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell your personal data.

  • Privacy Policy: Read our full Privacy Policy here.
  • Delete Account:
    If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account). Alternatively, email us with the subject line "Delete Account" from your registered email address.
